This 1968 Chevrolet C10 Pickup is powered by a 6.0L LS V8 gasoline engine with 8 cylinders, delivering power to the rear wheels through a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission. The truck is finished in metallic silver and candy red, featuring a smoothed roof, shaved cowl vents, Kindig-It flush-mount door handles, one-piece door windows, dual side mirrors with integrated turn signals, and a raised bed floor with red-stained wood planks.
The 20″ front and 22″ rear Weld alloy wheels are wrapped in 245/35 front and 335/35 rear Toyo Proxes tires. The GSI Machine and Fabrication chassis includes fabricated front control arms, a rear four-link suspension with a Watt’s link, adjustable airbags, power rack-and-pinion steering, and Wilwood disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors.
The cabin features low-back bucket seats upholstered in black leather with suede inserts, coordinated door panels, black carpets, a fabricated center console with a B&M shifter, cupholders, power-window switches, a Boss touchscreen stereo, Vintage Air climate control, and an AirRide Technologies control panel.
The billet steering wheel on a tilting column frames a Holley digital display with readouts for vehicle speed, engine speed, fuel level, volts, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel pressure. The digital odometer indicates 70 miles since the build was completed.
The 6.0L LS V8, built by Hustler Race Engines in 2023, features hypereutectic pistons, a steel crankshaft, floating dimple rods, Racing Head Service CNC-ported cathedral port cylinder heads, a sheet-metal intake manifold, an Accufab 105mm throttle body, and a Hustler Racing camshaft. It includes a smoothed firewall, custom radiator cover, inner fender panels, and an RAB Performance serpentine accessory kit. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission and a dual exhaust system with full-length headers and electric cutouts.
